The following biobanks are, among others, currently managed by Radboud UMC researchers.

  • Hereditary Colorectal Cancer - biobank with clinical data and biomaterial from individuals with a confirmed form of or an increased chance of colorectal cancer. (Parelsnoer Institute participant)
  • Cerebrovascular Accident  - biobank with clinical data and biomaterial from patients with a cerebrovascular infarct, a cerebral haemorrhage or a venous thrombosis. (Parelsnoer Institute participant)
  • Rheumatoid arthritis and arthrosis - biobank with clinical data and biomaterial from patients with rheumatoid arthritis and arthrosis. (Parelsnoer Institute participant)
  • Neurodegenerative diseases - biobank with clinical data and biomaterial from patients with neurodegenerative disorders. (Parelsnoer Institute participant)
  • Diabetes - biobank with clinical data and biomaterial from patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. (Parelsnoer Institute participant)
  • Inflammatory Bowel Disease - biobank with clinical data and biomaterial from patients with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. (Parelsnoer Institute participant)
  • Leukaemia, Myeloma, Lymphoma - biobank with clinical data and biomaterial from patients with leukaemia, multiple myeloma (Kahler's disease), lymphoma and related disorders. (Parelsnoer Institute participant)
  • Renal Failure - biobank with clinical data and biomaterial from patients with chronic (progressive) renal failure stage II (begin stage), III, IV en V (end stage). (Parelsnoer Institute participant)
  • Young Stroke - biobank with clinical data and biomaterial from patients who have had a cerebrovascular vascular accident between the age of 18-50
  • Hereditary Bladder Carcinoma - biobank with clinical data and biomaterial from patients diagnosed with bladder cancer at <30 years of age or with at least two first degree family members diagnosed with bladder cancer.
